1. Introduction
Aviation Capital Simulator (“ACS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a web-based airline strategy simulator where players build and manage virtual airlines from 1940 to 2026 and beyond.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ACS, including your account, virtual items, credits, and any future token-based reward system.
By creating an account, logging in, or using ACS in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use ACS.
2. Eligibility · Age 18+
To create an account and play ACS, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, and
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country.
If you are under 18, or if using ACS is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction, you must not create an account or access the game.
3. Account Creation & Security
When you register, you provide information such as your name, email address, country, and a secure password. You agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
- You will not create an account using false identity or on behalf of someone else without permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.
- You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.
If you believe your account or password may have been compromised, you must inform us as soon as possible at capitalaviationsim@gmail.com.
4. Multi-User Environment & Fair Use
ACS is designed as a multi-user experience, with many players building airlines in the same economic universe. To keep the game fair and enjoyable, you agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs or glitches for financial or gameplay advantage.
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses, rewards, or the in-game economy.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior towards other players.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5. Virtual Currency · ACS Credits & Future Tokens
ACS may use one or more virtual economic units, including but not limited to:
- ACS Credits – in-game units used to unlock features, start airlines, or access premium modules.
- ACS Tokens (future) – crypto or tokenized rewards that may reflect performance or achievements.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, updated policy:
- ACS Credits and any virtual items have no guaranteed real-world monetary value.
- ACS Tokens, if implemented, may be experimental, volatile, and subject to regulatory constraints.
- We may change how Credits or Tokens are earned, priced, or used inside the game at any time.
Nothing in ACS constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. There is no guarantee that you will earn money or receive any specific value from Credits or Tokens.
Before investing real money into Credits or any Token-related functionality, you should carefully consider your financial situation and, if needed, consult an independent professional advisor.
6. Payments, Refunds & Early Access
During the Beta and Early Access phases, ACS systems, prices, and features may change frequently. If real-money purchases (e.g., Credits, premium access) are enabled:
- All prices and available packages will be clearly shown before you confirm payment.
- Third-party payment providers (e.g., card processors, wallets, exchanges) may apply their own terms and fees.
- Except where required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.
We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue payment-related features as we refine the project.
7. Data & Privacy (Basic Overview)
ACS stores certain information locally in your browser (for example, using localStorage) and may also interact with external services (such as Google Sheets, GitHub Pages or other tools) to manage your account and game progress.
As part of account creation and gameplay, we may process:
- Your name and email address.
- Country and basic profile information.
- Gameplay data (fleets, routes, balances, achievements).
- Technical data such as browser type, timestamps, or error logs.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties. Some data may be stored or processed by third-party providers that host infrastructure or tools used by ACS.
A more detailed Privacy Policy may be published separately as ACS grows and integrates more services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in ACS – including but not limited to logos, interface design, game mechanics, aircraft databases, text, images, and code – is owned by ACS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or reuse ACS content outside the game environment without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
ACS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for losses of profits, data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of ACS.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with ACS is to stop using the service and close your account.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the game, economy, applicable laws, or technical infrastructure.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. In some cases we may also display a notification inside the game or during login.
If you continue using ACS after changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms.
